Subscription Services

Below are the subscription services offered by the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court

Official Records Subscriptions

Listed below are the three (3) secured websites provided by the Clerk’s Office. They all share a common agreement (available below).

  1. Official Records (OR) Search
    In addition to the Official Records (OR) accessible on the public website, this search provides index and images for the following:
    • Military Discharges
    • Death Certificates
    • Court files, records of paper relating to matters or cases governed by, the Florida Rules of Family Law, the Florida Rules of Juvenile Procedure, and the Florida Rules of Probate.
    To access this information subscribers must pay a one-time setup fee of $60.00 plus an annual subscription fee of $120.00.

  2. FTP Site (OR Index and Images)
    This subscription provides access to download the complete OR Index and Images for the last 10 business days. Documents prior to this time period will no longer be available for download on the FTP site. If access to archival data that is no longer on the site is needed, there will be a charge of $25.00 for each day’s data extraction performed. To access the FTP site, subscribers must pay a one-time setup fee of $60.00 plus an annual subscription fee of $600.00.

  3. FTP Site (Plat Index and Images)
    This subscription provides access to download the complete Plat Index and Images. To access the Plat Index and Images, new subscribers must pay $400.00 for the first year’s subscription, which includes the complete Plat Index and Image download, plus all monthly updates. A fee of $250.00 per year for subsequent year purchases is required which includes 12 monthly updates per year.

Attorney Subscriber Site

This site provides subscribers with electronic access to indexes, progress dockets, and images of non-confidential court records. This service is provided at no charge.

Traffic, Eviction and other Court Files

Traffic, Eviction, and other miscellaneous courts files are periodically transmitted to subscribers for a nominal fee.

    1. Traffic citations for each business day are prepared in a sequential “pipe-delimited” file and transmitted Monday through Saturday at approximately 8:30pm to subscribers. The annual fee for this service is $104.00 paid on a prorated delivery basis of $2.00 per week.

    2. Eviction cases for each business day are prepared in a sequential “pipe-delimited” file and transmitted weekly (Tuesday for the prior week)  at approximately 8:30pm to subscribers. The annual fee for this service is $104.00 paid on a prorated delivery basis of $2.00 per week.

    3. Felony convictions report is prepared and transmitted weekly (Tuesday for the prior week) at approximately 8:30pm to subscribers. The annual fee for this service is $104.00 paid on a prorated delivery basis of $2.00 per week.

    4. Circuit Civil new case listing is prepared in a sequential “pipe-delimited” file and transmitted monthly at approximately 8:30pm to subscribers. The annual fee for this service is $104.00 paid on a prorated delivery basis of $2.00 per week.

    Electronic File Transmission Agreement



All subscribers are required to submit a completed agreement and a check for appropriate fees, if applicable, payable to “Lake County Clerk of Courts”. Agreements and fees are mailed to The Lake County Clerk of Courts, Information Resources Department, P.O. 7800, Tavares, Florida, 32778, for review, approval, and processing.
